Brazilian footballing legend Pele is set to be released from hospital following successful treatment for a urinary tract infection.
The Sao Paulo hospital which has treated the 74-year-old for the past two weeks said he is "doing well" and is ready to be released today.
"(He) does not have any signs of infection," the Albert Einstein Hospital said in a statement.
"Considering his good recovery, his medical team has scheduled his leaving hospital tomorrow (Tuesday)."
Pele will speak to reporters in Sao Paulo at 2.30pm UK time, the hospital added.
